Olá @DanniS ! this photograph was taken here in my city, from a higher point; using a certain tilt of the lens with the image plane (shift), it is possible to make photos like this, which give the impression of miniature … it is necessary to edit the colors (saturation) and the contrasts so that the photo is similar to toys and mobiles …you can search on “tilt shift lens”, but it is necessary a certain practice and perception of what can be photographed in this way!
