Cocoa House Ibadan:Symbol of Agro Prosperity

Cocoa House Ibadan Nigeria towering about 105 meters is one of the landmark structures that earned Oyo State in Nigeria the sobriquet “the pacesetter state” because as at the time it was comissioned in 1965, this 27 storey building was the tallest in West Africa and up till 1979 the tallest in Nigeria… The structure is an evidence of agro-prosperity because it was built with proceed from Cocoa mainly thus the name Cocoa House.
