Hola @ChanneLing precioso lugar y sus graffitis, además la reseña y descripción son muy buenas y esclarecedoras. Me encantó el Graffiti del Dragón Azul.
En mi País hay muy buenos grafiteros y también artistas plásticos hiperrealistas trabajando, hoy como nunca, dejando sus obras en las paredes y los muros de las Ciudades.

Are there many coffee shops and restaurants in the area?
Are they painted by famous artists or local graffiti artists?

Thanks for the comment, and yes, it’s a chill place to hang out with family or friends. There’s a grassland nearby so many people go picnic there.
The area was renovated, thus not many cafes or restos around. There are some good local food shops tho. 
I wasn’t quite sure about the painting artists, but I think should be local, like those who rent studios.
