This worms live inside palm trees in tropical areas. In Ecuador are find in the Amazon region.
It is considered a delicacy from the locals . We like to called them Jungle Prawns but it is not related with shrimps at all.
So if you are visiting the jungle , make sure you try this delicious dish.

Personally, I love snails, but I guess these jungle prawns taste completely different! Did you try them?
