Hope all are doing well and eating well . Today I made one of my favorite dish Chilli Paneer. Being a pure vegetarian I did not add Onion and Garlic to it. But it can be added without any problem.
Ingredients- paneer, corn flower, capsicum, tomato, Mirchi, tomato, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, oil. All items were bought from the market and easily available.
Procedure-
Cut the paneer into small pieces as you want. Smoothly keep the paneer pieces in corn flower. Just take very little salt in your hand and add them to those paneer pieces. And keep it for a while.
Take little Mustard oil/ white oil (as per your wish) on a frying pan/ kadai, heat it up, and then add those paneers into it. Stir them with turners until those paneer pieces turn brownish. Collect the paneer pieces into a different container. The paneers have been fried and ready for the next step!
Cut Mirchis into two pieces, Tomatoes, and capsicum into small pieces.
Again take little oil on a frying pan/ kadai, heat it up and then add the tomatoes, capsicums. Stir them with turners and add a little amount of salt, previously cut mirchis and again stir them well.
Add tomato sauce and chili sauce and stir them well. A juicy paste will be grown up.
Now take those fried paneers and add them to that juicy paste and stir them well and add little sugar. Add little water as per gravy you need.
Close the container from above, Switch off the heating, and wait for 5-10 minutes.
Open the container and enjoy the chili panner with rice/parathas or whatever you wish!
The final item was looking like this and the taste was also awesome as per my friends with whom I shared it -

Thank you @RosyKohli mam for rectifying my mistakes. Yes, chilli paneer and fried rice is an awesome combination. The whole rice can be eaten only with the gravy! I really like this combination.
