Chicken Mandi from Nahdi Kuzhimandhi

If you are a Keralite, especially a Malabar guy, you would never forget this delicious meal !! Although this food has originated from Arab countries, it is more familiar to the people in Kerala. Once you tasted the magic of chicken mandi, you would get addicted.

Hello @nisham007 ,

Thanks for sharing your photo. Why do you think this meal is addictive? As a person who does not live in Kerala I am curious to know why it is so special and why you recommend it?

Sorry to say, I couldn’t find the exact recipe of the food I posted. But I can show a similar one if you visit the link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oA8ZZlvnW0

@MoniDi If you ever visit the Malabar part of Kerala (India), you will keep hearing the name of this shop (Nahdi Kuzhimandhi) and this particular food(Chicken Mandhi), which are very famous here. The recipe they use is unique. If you love chicken, then you will surely love this meal too! It is their way of making is what makes it “Addictive” as I mentioned.

I am new here and just wanted to share something as my first post. That’s why I didn’t focus on the picture quality that much. @MoniDi thanks dear for the suggestion to improve my food photographs.
