It’s really enjoy thing to start surat Municipal Corporation thank you SMC.
Some issues with chartered bike app.
Many times not apply properly lock or unlock process and some time is veryvery slow.
Pls improve app and also speed.
And increase chartered bikes becose many station are emty for many hrs
And many people wanting half to 1 hr for chartered bike. So pls improve quality and speed of app.

But I am sure, SMC is not a member of “Connect”, and thus your expectations about the improvements will go unheard.
