Charming Nama Chocolate, #monthlytopic - Edible jewelry, Chocolate🍫

I love chocolate. Probably I eat at least one (or a few more) chocolate a day with coffee. A long time ago, chocolate seemed to be a really expensive and a luxury food but now we can eat it easily. I want to appreciate all the farmers and producers.

Speaking of chocolate for Valentine’s day in Japan, that is Nama chocolate. Do you know that? Nama chocolate is fresh cream mixed with chocolate and formed into soft and smooth chocolate. It is popular in Japan and really tasty. In addition to it, this is very easy to make, so many people make and gift it to their friends, family, and lovers for this event.

However, the Nama chocolate that is made by a professional chef is amazing. My favorite cake shop, Machou (Mash), is also providing Nama chocolate during this period.

Machou’s Nama chocolates contain liqueurs (non-alcohol). They work really well for changing flavors and make differences. Its texture is so smooth and the Nama chocolate melts easily in your mouth. They are simply amazing. The flavor and characteristics of Nama chocolates in each shop are different from each other. Tasting and enjoying them is fun as well.

The packages are also awesome, right? They are a good choice as a gift. I hope you will try them someday

Not only Nama chocolate, Machou is providing various chocolate menus. The macadamia nut chocolate and chocolate orange are also nice. Btw, my recommendation is the macadamia nut chocolate.

Hi @HiroyukiTakisawa ,

The chocolate looks very delicious and the packaging is so cute! Same as you, I like to have a piece of chocolate with my coffee. I think my favorite would be orange chocolate.

In recent years a business started selling handmade pralines which now are famous. In these chocolate pralines, you will smell all the aromas of the earth which give an element of nostalgia. They have named them “Made in Tirana”.

Thank you a lot for sharing your post with us!

生チョコが日本発祥とは知らなかったです!

チョコが美味しそうなのは言うまでもないのですが、パッケージがとても可愛い!

勝手な感性ですが、1950年代から60年代のアメリカのような雰囲気もします。
