Hello everyone. Today I will talk The story about Na Pha, the Shrine of the city God Originally, the Shrine of God had been here for long until 1947. An elderly couple in a small village nearby was dreaming about a beautiful Goddess. The Goddess said to them that she came from Ayutthaya City where was located on the south. She was, somehow, floating upstream to the north until the cliff of Nakhon Sawan city near the Shrine of God, which at that time was called, “Ju” Shrine of God. The elderly couple were told they would be blessed for luck and wealthy if they would bring the Goddess back and put her up on the Shrine for people to worship. Once the couple woke up, they rushed to the place in their dream. At the cliff, they found by surprise a piece of black wood carved to be significantly like the Goddess. From then on, the Goddess was put in the Shrine of God together with the original one, Ju God. The elderly couple, later, had a better life with wealth and success. People then have come to worship and pay respect to the Shrine of God and Goddess believing to be blessed for luck, happiness and wealth.
