I hope someone can help/offer advice.
My email address has been [REDACTED] and back in 2018 became an active Google Street View user.
My company has rebranded and I have changed my email address in Google to [REDACTED] and all Google accounts such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, for example, all work fine.
However, when I come to use the Street View APP it asks to log in and says the account is already been added.
I think the switchover is causing a bug in Google as the new email address isn’t known.
When I login here I can see the email address has switched over cleanly.

Hi @chameleonweb
Local Guides contributions (reviews, edits, points, and photos etc.) made from one Google account can not be transferred to another Google account. I’m unsure if 360 images are handled the same way, but I would expect so.
Please see my post
Do you need to change your email address?.
Best of luck (you will need it)
Morten
PS: Please be informed that support for Google Streetview is no longer available here on Connect. Learn more in this update by Googler DeniGu: Questions about Street View? The new 360 help center mentioned in DeniGU’s post might be worth checking.
Thank you, it appears that nothing is lost other than logging into the account on the APP.

Are you not aware that the Streetview app will cease working?
That might explain what you are experiencing.
See this update (only available to trusted photographers)
Cheers

Changing your email can be a tricky task sometimes, right? I’ve been there too, trying to update everything smoothly without missing a beat. One thing I found super helpful is using an email leak checker before making any changes. It gives me peace of mind knowing my new address won’t accidentally get out there.
Have any of you tried using an email leak checker before? I swear by it now! It’s such a simple step but can save a lot of headache down the road. Plus, it’s great for maintaining your online security, which is super important these days.
