Very nice idea to make google maps also a guide for everyone . Not only for drivers or transport but also for reduced mobility persons.

Wow new :wheelchair: challenge !

I will go back here again. Thanks @DeniGu :slightly_smiling_face:

A wonderful initiative by Google and thanks for intimating me about this.
Will do the needful within my vicinity.

@DeniGu Great initiative to bridge and be inclusive to everyone regardless of our mental and physical limitations :+1:

For some years I have posted reviews of disabled friendly retailers such as restaurants and sports facilities and other outlets.

Having an icon and shout outs will definitely offer higher visibility for such heroic venues and events., but just to add a comment that not all disabled are wheelchair bounded, thus that specific icon is quite discriminatory as it doesn’t reflect the true nature of our disability.

Well done and super supportive always of this, just we now need to create more awareness of this or have a video to show how to implement it into our Google reviews

Edit/

Here’s what I added to my existing reviews, as a disabled person myself I understand how hard it is whenever we faced challenges out there

Good to see the inclusion of the person’s with disabilities in Google

As in Pakistan specially in Balochistan there are lot of problems which are facing by persons with disabilities in that one main thing is accessabliy start from home, school, colleges, market, transport and offices nothing is accessible in this regards me and my group Quetta Online Volunteers doing efforts for persons with disabilities and achieve some major milestones,

being PWD I know the value of accessibility
