Hello everyone! It is so exciting seeing all your lists and the effort you put in creating them.

For those of you who would like to participate, but still haven’t shared your lists, you have time to do it by March 31, 2026. Looking forward to learning more about the local heroines in your curated lists.

Hi @JoniG,

Thank you for sharing your list. It would be exciting to learn more about the places you added in the list. You could include a few words for each place to share why you think they deserve to take the stop in your list.

Hi @SharmaK,

Thank you for sharing your lists. You mentioned the list you created for the challenge is this one, correct? Please keep in mind that to qualify, we expect to see at least 5 locations within the list and each of the locations to have a short description.

Hi @SUNIQBALTube,

Thank you for creating this list. Perhaps you could add a few words for each place you added so we all see what makes it unique. Please note that for the list to qualify for the challenge, each location must include a short description of why you think it deserves the highlight.

Thank you @Julie_A for this great challenge. Thanks @TsekoV for the reminder.

I am very happy to share my Local Heroine list, featuring incredible women owned businesses that are the heartbeat of our community. These spots represent the grit and creativity of local female entrepreneurs. I hope this inspires you to visit, support, and celebrate these trailblazers next time you are in Mumbai Western Suburbs.

Thank you for this Challenge @Julie_A. I had such a great time choosing the locations and following the history and stories of these included in the list: Tulsa Local Heroines.

I will admit it was difficult to keep the detailing concise as I wanted to share each woman’s story. I hope you all enjoy them. Tulsa may be a small city, but it is full of rich history.

For an added bonus, I even took a photo with the Giant Rosie the Riveter on Route 66

Again, thank you so much for this awesome challenge and allowing a spotlight to be shone on women from around the world!

Happy Women’s History Month!

Thank you so much for this Challenge @Julie_A I had so much fun.
I decided I would go to One of my local small towns and I decided on Uxbridge Ontario. It has a population of only 22,000.

I made the decision to visit each Woman Owned Business personally and explain to the owners what I was trying to achieve. Especially with International Women’s Day being so prominent and current.
When I started I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to find 5 woman owned businesses’. Fear not the owners and staff got behind me and gave me names of other Woman owned Businesses’.

As I said the reaction and cooperation was outstanding and it was so much fun.

Here is a short video roughly 30 seconds showing a small glimpse of their businesses’.

Again this was my favourite challenge ever, Thank you.
