Chai Pe Charcha- Relaxed Talks over Tea: My Contribution#1

Many of our local guide friends had some interesting conversations about Connect Moderator @TusharSuradkar 's ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ idea – relaxed talks over tea.
I wanted to add mine. I visited a small roadside tea shop with friends and shared the details.

Shop name: The Man Tea

My review:
Visited this tea shop with friends. It’s a small tea shop located by the side of the street.

Many varieties of tea, cold drinks, ice creams, fruit juices, bottled water and snacks are served here. I like ginger tea most.

There are four small tables and chairs available for customers to sit, relax, take tea and chat. You find miniature aquarium on each table. Kids like this. The walls of hall are nicely painted. The ambiance is cool.

The rates are reasonable. It is a small local business maintained by a family.

Cash and mobile payments are accepted. Credit card payments are not accepted. .

Toilets are not available. Pets are not allowed.

I contributed the photos and reviews to Google Maps.

Parking: Free roadside.

Wheelchair accessibility is partially available.

What is the meaning of ‘Antaru Raa Babu’?

Thank you @TusharSuradkar ji for reading my post and for your kind appreciation. Initially I was surprised where from you picked up the Telugu sentence. After going through my post many times , I realised, I appreciate your keen observation on the minute details.

I am happy to translate the Telugu sentence;

‘ Antaru ’ means ‘they say’ or ‘it is called’

‘Ra’ is an informal way to call someone, usually a younger male or a close friend.

‘Babu’ is a respectful or affectionate term, often used to refer to a boy or a young man.

Someone is humorously saying to his close friend, “people take tea here are called ‘a Tea lover’ “

Hello dear @PrasadVR,
Simple and elegant!
Congratulations! This is a very well-described post with impressive, bright photos.

Usually, such joints are family-driven, which reduces the cost and increases the quality.
Thanks for sharing this, dear friend.
