@Rahul001 a few of the wonderful places I have been to that provide fresh, locally made butter, across the country while on my travels are Mason Hills Farm in Alabama often has rich, farm-fresh dairy products alongside their locally processed meats.Nu Sunrise Farms in Georgia is another great stop for homemade butters and jams. In Ohio, you can find traditional, high-quality butter at Der Dutchman, known for their Amish-style baked goods and country groceries. When traveling through upstate New York, keep an eye out for roadside farm stands — many sell small-batch butter, cream, and cheeses directly from local dairies. One of my favorite spots in Virginia is The Lexington Farmers Market, where local producers often offer handmade butter and other fresh farm products. And don’t forget the many small cafés and farm-to-table restaurants across the country — many source their butter, meats, and produce directly from nearby farms, giving you a true taste of the region.

That’s such a fun and delicious celebration idea! :tada: Thanks for sharing, @Rahul001 — I absolutely love how you’ve highlighted the simple joy of butter in so many forms.

Loved your post! Thanks so much for the shout-out about my food crawl meet-up — I’m really glad you enjoyed it and that it added some extra flavour to your Butter Day celebrations! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

And speaking of buttery goodness, my absolute favourite buttery dish has to be pav bhaji. That extra pat of butter melting on top… pure happiness! :butter::sparkles:

Looking forward to celebrating more delicious moments together!

Hi @Rahul001,

What a fantastic and utterly butterly delicious post to celebrate Butter Day! :butter::sparkles:

Thank you very much for including my contribution—the butter bun shop story—in your community highlights. It’s truly wonderful to see how simple, rich ingredients like butter connect us and inspire such great food stories.

Your post perfectly captures the global joy of this classic ingredient, from Butter Beer to Butter Masala Dosa. Keep the celebrations going!

Cheers brother :+1:t2:

Yum! I LOVE Butter Beer! Haven’t had it in a while… but I did recently sample a bubble tea in Taiwan that used “beer” flavoring syrup in a small amount (non-alcoholic) in a bubble tea… and it created a very unique one-of-a-kind flavor profile! I’m not a real beer drinker myself… but I’ve had Butter Beer a couple times at different Harry Potter themed events and amusement parks, and it’s quite tasty, (as long as they’re using real sugar and not that fake flavor). IMO
