I’m not the biggest coffee fan out there, but you definitely won me with the word cakes, especially with the tiramisu shot that you’ve shared. It looks absolutely irresistible.

@AdamGT this is a typical Italian pastry: #tiramisu made with mascarpone, cookies soaked with coffee and ron and cocoa powder. You should try it

In my opinion the best place to have a coffee with a delicious piece of cake in Barcelona is Nabucco Tiramisu. It is located in the historical and picturesque neighborhood of Gracia in the city center.

A new coffee shop I have just discovered where you can have a delicious cappuccino is this one
Another interesting place to have a good coffee in Barcelona.
It is a different concept of coffee shop, with a an extensive library inside in. So you can take a seat and relax reading a book and drinking an hot cappuccino.

A new Brunch Coffee Shop in Barcelona discovered just yesterday (list updated!)
Tasteful cappuccino and croissant but in particular I strongly suggest the Chocolate Pancake with strawberries!

If you stay in Barcelona during the weekend I strongly suggest to try the Doble Choco Lukumas Donut at Hidden Roaster Coffee with an excellent cappuccino or latte.
There are two Hidden Coffee shops in Barcelona located respectively in Les Corts neighborhood and very close to Barceloneta.

Unfortunately, the Hidden Coffee located near Barceloneta doesn’t have a terrace to taste the coffee in open air
If you don’t love coffee you can buy the donuts directly at the sweet shop Lukumas located here
