Cardiff Accessibility Meet-Up

This month, Local Guides like myself are teaming up to answer wheelchair-accessibility questions on Google Maps. We will spend between 2-4 hours walking through Cardiff city centre noting down any ramps (or lack of), locations with lifts, restaurants and shops with wheelchair accessible toilets etc. This information can be used to edit Cardiff on Google Maps and make users aware of the accessibility within the city. Raising this awareness is very important to me, and I’m sure it’s important to many others! People with handicaps or with disabilities should not have to stress or worry about commuting/shopping and I want to make their visit as easy and as comfortable as possible! Cardiff is a great place - let’s make it accessible
