I have the problem that about the same, a review made some time back, partly positive and partly negative with an offer to return and help solve the issue, was given a response making all kind of claims the most eye-catching that I and my friend was racist something repeated a few times in different versions,
Now I have my name linked to me being called a racist because of a bad cop of coffee and I do not see any options other than removing my review that perhaps lead to others having the same bad experience we had how to solve this? Are owners able to intimidate reviews offline by name calling? do I have to take legal actions for slander?
