I know may be this post is off topic, but I really need an assistance with google maps listing.

The maps business listing of company I work for is hacked and we are unable to recover it.

Any insider of Google able to assist me?

Hi @dhaniearie, do you mean that the business profile was verified and then the Google account managing it was hacked? Have you lost access to all of the company’s business listings, or only this one?

I’m not expert. If it is only the Google account, I think the first step is to recover and secure the account through Google Account Support. After that, you can contact Google Business Profile Support for help recovering ownership of the listing.

Yes that is correct, only one listing was hacked and the hacker changed the contact detail to a scammer WhatsApp number. Some of my colleagues have been trying to suggest edits but all fails.

We have also submitted a report to google business listing support but no good news yet.

Resolve ownership issues
