Jeddah have literally hundreds of Bukhari cuisine restaurants spread all around in the city, and perhaps the whole country. I might win the bet if i say that the most number of Bukhari restaurants are in Saudi Arabia.
All of them have things in common like Rice and Grilled Chicken. The taste varies from one to another.
Its affordable and easily available anywhere in Jeddah, you will find Bukhari restaurant for sure if not other. Everyone living in Saudi whether the locals or expatriates, everyone have tried it, some may have it on regular basis, some may have it when don’t have other options, and some may just Love it.
Among all the Bukhari restaurants, I came accross one with some uniqueness. Thats Ugur. It has nice decoration and art on walls, with some very nice pictures.
Single section is too small with few tables but the family section is spacious. I wasnt satisfied with the service as they took a bit longer to serve. Everyone hates waiting but if the food turns out to be good, then it feels good. I liked the hygiene level of this restaurant, as most of bukhari restaurant would not care of hygiene to this level.
This restaurant definitely stands out, and relatively pricey too, but its worth it. The menu had lot of things, I ordered the main items. Would love to go again and try other items too.
