I am writing to report a critical issue with my Local Guides milestone metrics tracking. Over the past week, my “First Time Reviews” counter has significantly reduced, dropping me from the Master Trailblazer level back down to Expert level. It currently shows a count of 39.
Steps and Bug Behavior
- This week, I successfully added 20+ new places to Google Maps and subsequently left reviews for them.
- Instead of my counter increasing to reflect these contributions, the counter actively decreased.
- I have verified via an Incognito tab that all of my new reviews are 100% public, visible, and live to external users. There is no account shadowban, content filtering, or pending status on my contributions
It appears my profile is caught in the known tracking loop bug where submitting a new first-time review triggers a faulty -1 deduction on the dashboard counter rather than a positive increment.
Could a Google Moderator please escalate my profile data to the engineering team to trigger a manual refresh/recalculation of my Trailblazer badge metrics?
