Buenos Aires is amazing in many aspects but today I will emphasize in one of the aspects I most enjoy from living in the “Ciudad de la Furia”. Argentina has been historically one of the latinamerican countries with most immigrants, persons have come from all over the world in different decades and under different circumstances but all of them have adopted the place as theirs but struggle to keep their culture and traditions alive and food is one have we can see it, you can find authentic ethnic food that preserves the original flavors, colors and feelings of those multiple countries and made with the love of homemade food.
just take time to explore the diferent cultures though food, and you will surprise. From Korean food in the Flores neighborhood, tasting traditional dishes in to Chinatown, visiting some jewels as of Japanese families restaurants, going for a Ceviche in Once, being deleted by Indian food in Palermo, daydreaming with the French cuisine or taking a classic Mozzarella Pizza, is the best way to know the city and its origins.
