Hello!!

This weekend me and my husband stayed at the bubble hotel in Switzerland near the lake Konstanz. It is in the Thurgau region. It is a very popular bubble! There is only one and so every year as soon as the reservations open in March for the May-September season gets booked really fast!! This is in Altnau town.

As you can see inside the bubble they give you towels, the bed and lamps and a lantern so you can go to the toilets during the night.

It is an amazing experience. First you arrive at the farm where the bubble is located. It is a big farm that makes different kind of apples.

With your hotel night you get electric bikes for the day and you can get around the town and go to the lake and swim or fish, and grab dinner.

At night when you sleep and during the night you open your eyes to look at the ceiling you see the stars! It is pretty amazing and beautiful! If you are an early riser then it is perfect! At 6am the sun comes out and by 8am the bubble is really hot!! But the experience is worth it. If you ever visit Switzerland try to plan this trip!

Wow. Interesting hotel to visit. I’m afraid to sleep outside with no walls, but if you said that you can see the stars from your bed during the night sounds awesome!! Thanks for sharing it!

This looks like truly a unique experience to sleep in a bubble hotel and to be able to gaze at the stars during the night and the sun rising in the morning.

It costs $220 CHF per night and like I mentioned you might have to book in advance.I wanted to go last year and it was fully booked.

@Garg_Saab Sorry forgot the part about the inside.

So there are two “doors” to get inside and you can never have them both open at the same time or the bubble deflates. The bed is pretty comfortable and it has some mild AC. The bubble had some bird poop but at night you don’t even see that all you see are the stars.

I thought the bubble would be more hidden inside the farm but it is in fact a bit hidden but next to the farmer’s house. So you definitely need to change in the bathroom.
