I’m in Bucharest (Romania) now and I can say the best place for me is
If you like the painter Van Gogh it’s a very nice place to be.
The brunch is amazing and you can have a plate salty or sweety for around 10 euros.

Van Gogh is all over the place, especially the staircase lobby shows his most famous work ‘starry night’ - I guess.

Why did the inclusive restrooms catch your attention? I thought they were very common in Europe
Another thing, the POI has a brasserie category is that ok or could be better the cafe category?

So it’s a place where you can eat brunch or a real menu. The category is correct.
The toilets are inclusive, which means there’s no gender identity. Have a look ok the front of the toilets door :

The restrooms sign is simply brilliant!
The concept of Brasserie here is totally different. In a Brasserie you can buy to take away, grilled chicken , beef , pork and other grilled stuffs.
