I’m from Boston, Massachusetts but I’ve lived most of my adult life in Asia and Europe. I have moved internationally several times. One of the things I find frustrating about moving is that it’s often hard to find the ingredients you need to cook the dish you like when you lived in the last place.

Salumeria Italiana has an amazing assortment of Italian cold cuts from capocollo to giuanciale. They have all kinds of other hard to find ingredients for Italian food like panna and capers preserved in salt
