Bonab is one of the cities of Iran located in the province of East Azarbayjan. The city is famous for delicious kababs. In the case of Chelo Kabab, I have explained in previous posts. Amir Kabir Restaurant is one of Bonab’s best restaurants. Here are some photos of kabab of Bonab city.

@Rezgar , delicious kabab and Iranian cuisine. I tried some of their dishes and they’re so tasty. I know that they use a lot fresh herbs like chives, fenugreek, parsley, dry lemon, safran and celery.
I tried Khoofeyeh Tabizi, a mixture of ground beef, yellow peas, fresh herbes and stuffed with walnuts, dry apricots and dry barberries, a very tasty koftah.
Also, Ghormeh Sabzi; beef stew with bunch if fresh herbes, kidney beans and dry lime.
Persian food is tasty.

Yes, You are right. Ghorme Sabzi and Chelo Kabab and Joujeh Kabab are the most popular foods in Iran.

It reminded me a bit of the adana kebab that I had in Turkey, it’s preparation and the way it looks like, very similar. Did you taste the Turkish one?
