Spring is the most beautiful season in Israel. In Israel, this winter was especially rainy and cold but now spring has eventually come. The rains are not over yet, but nevertheless we have more sunny days now.
Spring is a time of blooming flowers of different kinds. One of spring’s flowers is Anemone Coronaria or Crown Anemone. There are about 25 color types of this flower in Israel, but the most common color of Anemones is red.
You can find Anemones in northern and central regions of Israel, and even on the edges of the desert in the south. Every year, Anemones start blooming all over our country. In some places, they cover ground like bright red carpets.
These pictures had been taken in different nature sites and on different days.
Wonderful photos! I also love the sunset one, it’s so detailed. Spring is amazing just because I know summer is coming. But the blooming time is really pretty everywhere. I can’t wait for this year’s spring to take more photos of the amazing cherry blossoms.

Regarding your questions, we have all the seasons in Israel. Falls are not so beautiful here as in Europe for example, but it is possible to see yellow and red colors in some parts of Israel. There is a snow in Israel on the Hermon mount every year. People go there for ski and other winter attractions. Sometimes, there is a snow in Jerusalem, usually no more than 1-2 days. I even remember snow in Haifa one morning about five or six years ago. It was exiting.
Usually, I take my pictures by Canon SX-60 or my Pixel-3XL. Here is a photo of snow on the Hermon mount that I took by my Canon from my window. It is about 90 km away from my house.
