這次是我們第四次捐血活動，希望你也可以加入。這次我們會和台灣的Local Guide 同時間在兩個地方進行的。我們希望養成定期捐血的習慣而且每次會去不同紅十字會的捐血站。這次我們會到西九龍捐血站，有興趣歡迎加入我們。

温馨提示每次捐血前要注意的事項

1·充足休息

2.4小時內曾進食

3.飲用充足水份

4·勿穿衣袖太緊衣服

5·請帶同香港身份證或有效旅行證件

Kind reminder for people before blood donation.

1.Have sufficient sleep the night before

2.Consume food within 4 hours before donation

3.Drink sufficient water

4.Do not wear clothing with tight sleeves

5.Hong Kong Identity Card or valid travel document is required
