yes, friends, today I will tell you about a very different local dessert. This dessert is made by grating ice on an ingredient made with starch and pouring a sherbet made with food coloring on it. The name of this food is bicibici. It is especially loved in the city of Adana in southern Turkey. This dessert is my favorite. The best feature is that it is both cold and sweet.
