#TeamIndia

When to go : Obviously in Rainy Season or end of rains.

how to reach : 115 kms from Pune. can reach via State transport bus / Railways.

features / Advantages / attractions:

  • Moderate trekk(trust me)
  • one day outing
  • near by Pune and Mumbai
  • not much crowded place., chill and silent always…

Notes:

  • must carry your own food and enough water
  • must carry raincoat
  • do not stay overnight. (might be risky of wild animals, snake lizard, leopard and snakes for sure.)

@Tushar18 it isn’t buddy… :wink:

i love wild animals / insects, and i just observe them and leave them in their natural habitat.

Bhimashankar trekk ends at the main entrance of Bhimashankar jyotirlinga temple itself. B-)

Hey @PuneTraveler

Well written post buddy. You tried best to give the possible information. But your post will look more attractive if you can explain images and related information. Details of the place and history will be more appreciated also it will attract people across globe. Share your experiences, do’s and don’ts, nearby attractions, etc to make it interesting.

Hope this helps.

@Tushar18 yes Bhimashankar temple is very close, rather this path is surrounding the temple itself. One of the photos from our friend features the main Sanctum.

@rohitwadke @shreyasee ye toh apna wala Kushal hai.!!

@TravellerG take a note of this good article for #TeamIndia

Dear @PuneTraveler - I am surprised to see that my response to this Trekking Post is missing - I rarely write through mobile -but due to travel, I used mobile to respond to you…

I am extremely sorry that I am so late to respond to you…

Let me be frank - your narration, although is brief, but is valuable for a person who plans a visit.

Photos are expressive too…

But if you give more details of your trip, it will be more enjoyable.

Still I think, I will request our friend LGs @Garg_Saab , @user_not_found @Shreeya_99 to give your feedback, please

Thanks in advance

with regards
