Most people just use Maps for directions, but working in data science, I see it a bit differently. I recently built a site to help farmers using satellite data (you can check out the map section here: kisan-map ), and it made me realize how crazy powerful map data actually is. It’s not just about finding the nearest cafe anymore—it’s about analyzing land and solving actual problems.
Whenever we act as Local Guides and add a missing road or update a village like Tajpura, we’re feeding into a massive global dataset. Those small edits help AI understand the real world better.
It’s pretty cool seeing how this data is directly helping agriculture right now, and how tools like Antigravity make it so easy to build location-based apps fast.
