That looks tasty even though Iβve never tried such a thing before. Would you mind describing what it tastes like and what are the ingredients? Can you eat it with different side dishes?
It tasted like boiled Chick Peas mixed with Indian spices garnished with ginger and coriander. Kulcha is a type of mildly leavened flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent made up with flour (maida). If you visit India i would recommend you to do give this dish a try !
