Bengali Square - Highlighting the Bengali Culture

Hello Friends. I personally feel very regret for not posting anything on connect for many days as after the TRAC Campaign my schedule was become very busy by which I was unable to post anything on connect. But I was exploring the world and found many things which should be known to everyone. Here I come with a new Interesting post.

Today I will share you some photographs of the Paintings painted on the pillars of the Bengali Square Flyover on the Eastern Ring Road in Indore Madhya Pradesh India.

India is a diverse nation. Here the land changes the colour on every step and also there are so many language speakers in India. In which one of them is Bengali Community which are originally from Bengal region which consists of West Bengal state in India and Bangladesh.

In Bengali Community Durga Puja is the main festival which is celebrated with joy and happiness.

In Indore Bengali Square is a junction point on Eastern Ring Road which is situated near the Residential Area of the Bengali Community by which the Junction was named as Bengali Square.

Once upon a time there was a huge traffic jam condition on this junction. To overcome this problem MP Public Works Department builded a flyover. After the completion of this flyover I never stuck in jam and easily cross the junction from using the flyover.

One Day when I crossed the road from below side of the flyover I saw the Indore Development Authority has created some special wall paintings on the pillars of the flyover which highlights the Bengali Culture.

I thought it must be posted on connect with my Bengali friends of India, Bangladesh and all the whole world.

Here are some pics which I taken which highlights the Bengali Culture.

I hope you all will like my post. I also request my Bangladeshi Local Guides @SanjayBDLG @Designer_Biswajit and my Seniors @NareshDarji @Shrut19 @TravellerG @Mayank_Indori @keshavdsd and my friends @Jafir_01 @Tandrima2 and @Rakshi2 to have a look on the post.

Your comments and suggestions make more motivation for me for making new posts.

Thank you

That too on the eve of durga puja,

The great singer Kishore da was from MP only.

@KamalHossenR I think I have mentioned in the post that why this Square is known as Bengali Square but I will tell you once again. This Square is located near the Bengali Community residential area so from that this Square was named as Bengali Square. After sometime a Statue of a big Political leader of India Late Mr. Madhavrao Scindia’s statue was created here. From that this Square is also known as Madhavrao Scindia Chouraha.

@LovePathak28 Welcome back to Connect :star2: , We all have busy days, and it’s great to see you sharing your experiences again. Your post about the Bengali Square Flyover and the beautiful paintings on its pillars is truly fascinating. It’s incredible how art can reflect the rich cultural tapestry of India.

The way you’ve described the Bengali Community’s significance and their vibrant Durga Puja celebration is fantastic. The transformation of the Bengali Square from a traffic bottleneck to a smoothly flowing junction is a real testament to effective city planning.

Nice to meet you @Mo_TravelleerX . We can’t underestimate the city planning of Indore City. This city is planning in the futuristic way. Therefore Indore is the best Smart City and the Cleanest City of India since many years. My hometown is near to Indore but there are so many differences in the plannings and infrastructure of both cities.
