Bengali Special Oil Fried delicacy "TELEBHAJA"

TELEBHAJA (তেলেভাজা) - A Must eat street food by every bengal people. Its named as “Alur Chop”, “Peyaji”, “Beguni”.

  • Alur Chop (আলুর চপ) : Smashed Potato with some spices, coating of gram flour, deep fried in oil.
  • Peyaji (পেঁয়াজি) : finely chopped Onion mixed with with gram flour, then Deep fried in oil.
  • Beguni (বেগুনি) : Finely sliced Brinjal deeped in Gram Flower paste, then deep fry in oil.

Alur chop, peyaji, beguni are also popular streetfood in Bangladesh.

Its a Bengali Delicacy. So all bengalees in West Bengal, Bangladesh and others scattered worldwide like it.

As mentioned by @Jamilun_Nahar all the street foods are popular in Bangladesh. In Ramadan month those are everyday popular foods of me also.
