Thank you, Paul, surprisingly the resort there is open for camping both tent, R.V. Cabin, or a room in the Lodge year-round. I don’t actually think that river floods at all. There’s the Mckenzie River shown in the photo then we have the mighty Willamette River that comes through town as well but neither flood. They have a damn they put up at Leahburg a small town along the river. That seems to control everything mighty nice. There’s a beautiful Reservoir right there at Leahburg to I hope I got that town right 
It even has one of those old-time white bridges that are enclosed and you drive through them, super cool I thought. Thank you.
