Being a Local Guide is something that I take a lot of pride and joy in. On top of being a big foodie and social media influencer who’s regularly posting content to my own social channels, I love sharing my recommendations on Google too. Google is the first resource that I go to when looking up local restaurants. But the most interesting thing that I’ve done as a Local Guide is organizing a local craft brewery crawl/meetup. I love connecting with individuals, especially those with shared interests. While I love making connections online, I especially love furthering them through real-life connections. For that reason alone, I would love to participate in Connect Live 2020 to meet other like-minded individuals.
