At night, there are also many things to enjoy, especially in September when the Spring starts with Spring Festival earlier of September or Wellington Sky show in November. People from many areas come to enjoy the show and what Wellington has to offer. If you want to be out there at night, take notes of these important dates below:
- A simple waterfront walk is great, especially in Summer when dark consume the night from around 10pm
- A watch during Sky show at the waterfront where 9minutes of firework is show in November or countdown night at the end of December
- Spring festival and Meridian night at Botanical garden earlier September for a week

Beautiful garden both days and nights in Spring
Secrets: New Zealand has no snakes so be there at the garden midnight and try to see glow worms. It is amazing like you walk in the galaxy. There is also Spring Festival in the garden in September called Meridian every year where they live music, eat out and enjoy the night show of color on the trees. I really love this part.
