Nice opportunity to explore the river side places in Pune.
Alandi is a great place for amazing river views in Pune.
I know a couple of spots.

which is Bhalukpung Picnic Spot, located on the border of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam, India, offers breathtaking river views. The river water is crystal clear and cool, giving a sense of tranquility to the mind. The majestic mountains surrounding the river provide a stunning backdrop, and you can enjoy both the river and mountain views together.
I loved the natural scenery here, and it’s a perfect spot to relax and unwind. There are many more riverview spots around, but I loved this place the most.

Here are couple of restaurants next to Fort Kochi beach:
Here is the seashore just opposite the restaurants:
And, similarly, in Kerala only, we had lunch in the boat itself during the boat ride in Alappuzha (or Alleppey).
They tied up the boat here, and then we had a delicious lunch on the boat, served hot!!!
