We have usually seen random posters on the walls on both sides of the road in the capital Dhaka city or on the pillars of the fly over bridge. It is a kind of Visual Pollution. So recently Dhaka City Corporation removed these posters from some pillars of the flyover bridge and painted colorful graffiti there. Famous artists present various awareness messages and native culture in this graffiti.
Pedestrians are surprised to see these graffiti art. I am also very impressed by it. I think this should be done on the pillars of all flyovers in Dhaka city. I took these photos from Moghbazar Flyover Bridge with my Samsung Galaxy A50s.

Hello @Designer_Biswajit . Good work done by Dhaka City corporation. This type of paintings attracts people and prevent them from making any type of pollution near pillars. In India also after 2014 Swacch Bharat Mission every municipal corporation is creating graffiti on the empty government walls and the pillars of flyovers. @TravellerG Should I create a post on flyover art in India? These murals are often commissioned by the city to avoid graffiti as the taggers usually leave the artworks alone. perhaps check into who commissioned them @Designer_Biswajit
