Little known fact that it’s actually illegal to take a picture of the eiffel tower with its lights on and share or post it. Strange but true. But I don’t think they have ever prosecuted anyone yet.

Yes night pictures of the eiffel are copyright as it is an artistic expression. You can Google it. So many articles on this topic.
