This picture is taken on Monday 9th Nov, 2020.

This place is a Office for Rent tower. There are 2 more towers, named: The Oxygen and The Vista Tower.

They are both for Rent or Department. On the prooftop, you can see a beautiful view from the high and deeply in water (there is a pool on prooftop).

This pict is taken at The SomerSet An Phu, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam - Near the place Iā€™m working on.

Actually this is one of blocks building.

Bonus discussion: I has tried to add the location for this pict, but thereā€™s no suggestion when Iā€™m typing the name of this place.

What exactly were you trying to add @JNDIGISOLUTION ? The building as such? Because that is not possible, only businesses that might be based in the building.

I has tried to type the name of the location (at Add Location section when posting this pict) - not add the location. Something likes ā€œcheck-inā€.

P/s: I see the name of this location on Google Maps.

OK, I see @JNDIGISOLUTION . You canā€™t just a pictures to locations on Maps, only to specific businesses or organizations (town hall, church, etc). If you see pictures pop up on locations these are typically shown automatically by Google from uploads in the neighborhood.

However, as I understand that I can add a location of places (public places, not private property places) to Location section, right?

Yes @JNDIGISOLUTION if you come across a business or organization that is not yet on Maps, you can most definitely add it. On your phone, just open the Maps app and select the ā€˜Contributeā€™ tab from the menu at the bottom. On the next screen you will then see a button to add a missing place.

So, for your lovely picture: if there is a business or shop e.g. on the ground floor and that is not yet on Maps (but please check carefully to make sure it is really not on Maps yet, to avoid creating duplicates), you can add it and in the process of adding it to Maps include the picture.
