The best drink is buttermilk and it is the first choice of every Indian person. Buttermilk is made at home in Gujarat, but when we are outside the house, we choose to drink buttermilk. Many brands of buttermilk are found in Gujarat and this is my personal experience that people prefer to drink sugarcane juice or buttermilk in summer and this is also my experience. People’s choice is chhaswala and this is a famous chain store in Gujarat. Various types of buttermilk, ice cream and cold drinks are available in this store. Buttermilk of Chhaswala is available in different packings, cup packing and one liter bottle packing. Apart from this, its new variety is also found in ice cream and kulfi. Cold drinks like cold cocoa are also available for sale. The prices are also similar to every famous brand. It started from Ahmedabad and Its stores are found all over Gujarat today, especially its buttermilk tastes very good. Masala buttermilk, Mint masala, pouch, cup, and 1 liter bottle are available. Apart from this, lassi, curd, cheese, ghee, etc. are also available. So cold cocoa, thandai, rabdi, milk shake also taste very good.
