Batumi 2018. The monument named Nino and Ali♥️

This is love in Georgia.

This statue was created by architect Tamara Kvesitadze. The book about love between georgiana girl Nino and aizerbadjani man Ali inspired architect to do it. Nino and Ali were from different nations and religion, so parents was against their love. And during whole life Nini and Ali was trying to be together overcoming a lot of difficulties.
The statue is moving, imagining dance between woman and man, they are either merge together or vice versa move away from each other. This romantic story lasts 10 minutes. after 7 p.m. Ali and Nino is illuminated (unfortunately I didn’t see this).

P.S.: it’s very funny to look at tourists from this foreshortening. We all are from different part of the big world, but when we some interesting things we take a photo)
