If you know please add a little bit more as mentioned by @BorrisS and @MoniV .

I can add the name of the Pitha in Bangla are: (From Left upper corner of the picture) Fried Puli Pitha (1), Such Ar Pitha (2 and 3), Kata/Nokshi Pitha (4), Steamed Puli Pitha (5) and black one(6) name is unknown to me. The taste of the Pitha is awesome!
