Bakersfield, California Meet-up anyone?

Hi, i live in the Bakersfield, Ca region of Kern County, and i would like to either host or co-host a local guides photo tour meet-up and explore the city of Bakersfield and its historical sites and operations. If there are any local guides that would be interested in teaming up to do this please let me know! I look forward to hearing back from any of you who may wish to collaborate in organizing the first ever local guides tour of Bakersfield, CA, and share with Google Maps and the world what a colorful and historically rich city we live in!

Points of interest might include:

  • Historic oil fields
  • Kern county Museum
  • Fox theater
  • Padre motel
  • Museum of art
  • Woolworth’s antique mall
  • Buck Owen’s Crystal Palace
  • C.A.L.M.
  • And many more possible land marks that should be highlighted

Hi @BobbyRescola the best way to find them is to organise the Meetup. Make a meetup entry here https://maps.google.com/localguides/meetup so that important details like location, time and date and a description of your proposed Meetup are known to everyone who might like to come along.
