Chuda kadamba with dalma is a famous dish and also a street food in Puri. Chuda kadambari is also one of the 56 bhogs offered to Lord Jagannath.
Dalna is high protein mix of lentils especially toor & chickpea daals with host of vegetables like potatoes, yam, raw bananas etc. Chuda kadamba is made primarily with flattened rice.
