this church looks like iconic of Saint Petersburg city
The cathedral is architecturally different from other St. Petersburg landmarks, while the Church of the Savior on Blood bears in its appearance the characteristics of Medieval Russian architecture painted in a spirit of romantic national style. It was deliberately built to resemble the 17th-century Yaroslavl Churches and the famous St. Basil’s Cathedral in Moscow - this info i read it before i visit the cathedral
but what the thing which make me surprised tottaly , that the Mosaics in the interior & the intirior desing
i never saw something similar at any church else
i never saw such huge painting on the whole wall in unique shape and really magic
