Assop Waterfalls
Nature is always amazing and beautiful.
Assop Waterfalls is situated in Plateau state, Riyom local government area in a village called Kibo.
This State gets its name from the mountains, hills and mostly plateaus that dominated the area.

This a great tourist location, situated very close to the highway between Abuja (federal capital) and Jos (plateau state capital). It’s easy to locate and the proximity to the highway gives it another advantage for passably to stop and have a look at the beauty.
Entrance is free, but there are some guides around that can take you around and you give them a tip as you wishes.

You can also find a picnic area around the waterfall for relax and chill.
I will recommend a visit to this location when ever you find yourself traveling between Abuja to Jos.

We had great time with my family while travelling. We stopped to rest and enjoyed the nature.
