Ashadi ekadashi is the very important festival of Maharashtra.
In which many varkari goes walking to pandharpur where lord vitthal and rukmini stay.
Similarly to this in our city we have ANADISWANY which is the worshipping deity of jalna city also known as pratipandharpur. The temple dates back to 17th century and made of wooden.

Since 1947 a palanquin leaves regularly in the city on ashadi ekadashi.
In this procession chanting of भजगोविंदम् भजगोपाल… स्वामी आनंदी दिनदयाल… ||
Bhajagovindam Bhajagopal… Swami Anandi Dindayal… || is chant.
Before ekadashi 7days different roops are given to anandi swami maharaj.

It’s one of the greatest festival of city.

Ekadashi is famous for - Duppat Khashi, meaning we eat double instead of fasting

Sharing some tips as a friend:
1. If the picture you are uploading is in portrait mode them you can make its alignment middle that gives the post a more cleaner look ,also you can manage the size of the photo accordingly.
2. You don’t need to write captions separately in the post, we have a option to add captions while uploading as shown below
3**.** Leave one line from above and below the photo , it also looks clean
4. Highlight texts with BOLD , Italics and Underline option to grab users attention in specific areas.
