In 2017, I decided to retire and see the world. While I have done lots of travel in my professional career, I never had the opportunity to strap on a backpack and travel the world on my own dime and with my own agenda! That has certainly changed, and in the last 2 years I have hit 6 of the 7 continents, and have flown around the globe 6-7 times! Being a Local Guide gives me the opportunity to share some of my finds and favorites I discover along the way! Photography has always been a passion, and adding photos of my discoveries to Google Maps has been a fantastic way to share, inform and contribute to making Maps even better. It’s a wonderful feeling to share as a Local Guide and in some small way, I feel like I can help others discover or enjoy some of the places I’ve had the opportunity to see!
