Being a local guide is like eating a package of Tates. The quantity is only slightly satisfying, leaving you with the urge to run back to the store for another pack before you even finish the first. Sharing my stories and travels as a local guide is satisfying because I help others enjoy our beautiful world of food and wine. However, I always feel the need to post more with every new experience I encounter.
